Rinse+Repeat is a brand and platform dedicated to discovering, elevating, and celebrating emerging artists and cultures within the global electronic dance music scene via online media (radio and record label) and immersive in-person experiences.

Role Overview:
AS AN Artist Liaison, YOU WILL support the relationship between Rinse+Repeat and the artists we work with. This role is all about people—maintaining strong relationships and ensuring that artists have a top-notch experience, from initial outreach to post-event assessment. You’ll need to be sociable, personable, and equally professional and organized. This role offers hands-on experience in artist management, event coordination, and a behind-the-scenes look at live events, all while building connections with talented artists and their teams in the dance music industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as THE primary point of contact for artists before, during, and after events.

  • ASSIST WITH artist logistics, SUCH AS travel, accommodations, and scheduling.

  • Oversee on-site needs such as ARTIST check-in, sound-check, and hospitality REQUESTS.

  • Communicate with venues and production teams to ensure TOTAL alignment for a seamless artist experience.

  • Address artist requests during events and gather post-event feedback.
