We’re looking for a TALENTED AND EXPERIENCED Brand Designer to join our team and help define the visual identity of our brand and creative projects.

Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced OR EAGER Visual Director to help the creative direction and execution of RINSE+REPEAT’s visual content. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and capturing the visual identity of our brand through photography, videography, and event documentation. You’ll lead the production of high-impact visual content for campaigns, product launches, and live events, ensuring all assets resonate with our audience and reflect the brand’s evolving aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative visual concepts for campaigns, events, and ads.

  • Lead ideation and creative direction for brand visuals across platforms.

  • Create visual storytelling for event coverage and promotional content.

  • Drive paid ad design direction with fresh, engaging concepts.

  • Ensure visual consistency and alignment with the brand’s evolving aesthetic.

Qualifications:

  • experience in visual direction for photo and video across events and campaigns.

  • A portfolio showcasing creative vision and execution (flex your ability to think)

  • Expertise in photography, videography, and creative editing tools (e.g., ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE).

  • You take initiative anD you’re a self-starter.

  • YOU have a Strong network of creatives and can round up a team to bring ideas to life.

  • {PREFFERED: Experience with motion graphics and social media content}
